Talas offers subscription-based marketing plans tailored to various business stages. Each plan includes campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and creative support scaled to your subscription tier.
Clients go through a 5-step onboarding: form submission, booking a discovery call, strategy alignment, subscription activation via PayPal, and campaign launch (typically within 5 business days).
Billing is handled monthly via PayPal. Plans auto-renew unless canceled. Custom plans may include a fixed base fee plus a percentage over high ad spend. Ad spend is paid directly to platforms.
Subscriptions are non-refundable. Clients can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. Service continues through the paid period with no partial-month refunds.
Support varies by plan: Launch (email only), Scale (email + monthly calls), Accelerate (ClickUp + bi-weekly), and Ascend (ClickUp + on-demand). Response times range from 2 days to 4 hours.
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to ad accounts, responding to requests, and supplying creatives if not included. Delays may impact campaign delivery.
Talas applies expert practices but cannot guarantee ad performance. Outcomes depend on variables like platform changes, industry demand, and client-side materials.
Talas retains rights to general methods and processes. Clients own brand assets they provide. Deliverables may be used during the service period only, unless otherwise agreed.
Both parties agree to keep sensitive information (credentials, reports, strategies) confidential during and after the engagement.
We collect only essential business and campaign data. This includes form submissions, ad account access, and creative assets. Data is processed securely via tools like ClickUp and Google Workspace.
Talas operates in accordance with GDPR when serving EU clients. We act as a data processor only and do not control or store user-level tracking data beyond what’s needed for ads.
Subscriptions can be canceled by the client through PayPal or written notice. Talas may terminate service for non-payment or abuse. Service ends after the paid period.
Talas’ liability is limited to fees paid in the last three months. We are not liable for indirect losses or platform-related issues.
We may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our service indicates acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Disputes shall be resolved under Philippine jurisdiction unless mutually agreed otherwise.
